·Some weekends and evening shifts.
·Have flexibility to attend leadership meetings and provide valuable feedback.
·Assist units with patient experience process improvement ideas.
Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest - Patient Experience - Patient experience nurse may assist and contribute to all the following:
Assist with patient rounding, addressing concerns regarding care.
Staff and leadership rounding to assist with gaps in patient experience.
Oversee patient satisfaction survey collaboratively with hospital leadership. Analyzing trends and proposing solutions to ongoing barriers.
Collaboration and communication with primary nurse, nurse, case manager, social worker, and physician.
Ensure patient rights are upheld, prepare patients for therapy, and communicate specific patient needs or hesitations to the broader care team

Minimum Requirements
·Graduate of RN School of Nursing
·ADN required
·Active RN License
·Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience
·Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Qualifications
You should have graduated from an accredited program in nursing or have two years of relevant work experience.
The main area of study in your education should be nursing.
(2) Two years of experience in nursing is required.
You need to be a registered nurse
Have basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.
